What we build

Software built around how your team actually works.

If your business runs on spreadsheets, WhatsApp and memory, we can replace that with one system: leads, renewals, tasks and reports in a single place, with the right access for each person.

What you get

What we deliver

Custom CRMs

Lead pipelines, renewals, follow-ups and reports shaped to your sales process.

Internal tools and dashboards

Replace the shared spreadsheet with something your team can't break.

Workflow automation

Connect forms, CRMs, spreadsheets and messaging so nobody retypes the same data.

Roles, permissions and audit logs

Each person sees what they should, and every change is recorded.

How we work

How a project runs, from first call to launch.

01

Talk

Tell us what you're trying to solve. A call or a WhatsApp thread is enough to start.

02

Figure it out

We challenge the requirements and agree on what needs to be built, and what doesn't.

03

Build

Design and development in short cycles, with a working demo every week.

04

Launch

We ship it, test it and hand it over properly: code, documentation and access.

05

Improve

Support, maintenance and the next release, if you want one.

Tools we usually reach for here: Next.js · React · TypeScript · Node.js · PostgreSQL · REST APIs. We choose them based on the product.

Questions

Business Software & CRM: questions we get asked

Why not just use an off-the-shelf CRM?

Sometimes you should. If a standard tool fits your process, we'll tell you. Custom software makes sense when your workflow is unusual enough that you'd spend more time bending a tool than using it.

Can you import our existing data?

Yes. We import from spreadsheets and existing systems, and check the data with you before anything goes live.

Who owns the software?

You do. You get the source code and documentation at handover.

Have something worth building?

Tell us what you're working on and we'll tell you how we'd approach it.
